The adhesion improver of the invention is an organic compound such as a phenol, alcohol, or another organic compound that has a hydroxyl of the alcohol, phenol, or other organic compound and another functional group supported by a material porous, or it can be a master batch made by mixing polymer with a compound above, supported on porous material. “The polymer composition substrate that is obtained by adding more 0.5 parts by weight based on 100 part by weight polymer, shows good adhesion with a primer having a isocyanate groups without a separate process to make a coarse surface or an abrasion using an organic solvent.
